Heart rate
My heart beat during night is in between 50-55. And when I was in deep sleep it may goes to even 40s and in the morning it is in between 55-65 and I have light giddiness I have been running for at least 5km for day from past 1 month is there any problem

No your heart rate values are absolutely fine. It is supposed to be low during sleep nothing to worry
