Doctor my grandfather has bp since 10 years. Last 2 days he didn't take his bp tablets. He takes twice a day telmisartan 40. Now past three days his bp is 160/95 inspite of taking his tablets twice. He got stroke 14 years back and is ok now. Is that bp spike normal because of missing tablets. And he has mild headaches while coughing. Kindly suggest us whether it's a matter of concern or its normal to get bp spike and it will settle after 4 days.

I am 34 years old male. 5-6 days back I experienced sudden chest pain after dinner which lasted for 2 hours. Next day my ECG was normal. But my BP was 140/100. Since that day my BP is remaining high. It is fluctuating between 130/85 and 130/90. I got ECG and chest Xray done again. And the reports are normal. But I experience needle like pain in chest left side. And the BP as I told is on the higher side. Please advise what to do to get my BP normal? And is that pain due to high BP or do I need further investigation?

Tachycardia, normal bp now and pulse rate. Sharp pain in left side of chest (irregular) and near sternum. Went to the ER and they suggested acidity

I have anxiety induced tachycardia... But, from last one year I have normal resting rate 100-130 and BP 130/140- 70-80 Doctor prescribed Ciplar LA 40 mg and amitone 10 I m taking this from last 4 days, now it started working my resting heart rate is between 70-85 and BP 110/80 There is one more choice of drug which is metoprolol 25 mg Which is better ciplar LA or Metoprolol? For 1 month use Thank you

What is mild ST-T change in ECG? can tachycardia cause ST-T change? The heart rate in ECG is 128..is that something to worry about?

My Heart rate genrally is between 68 to 83 bpm during the day , bust since past week it's around 90 to 118 bpm and dosent come below 85 even after sitting for some time . When i sleep my heart rate ranges from 50 to 75 bpm. I have started to go to gym a month back ( 5 days a week for cardio + strength training ). Apart from this I have no change in diet or work schedule. My ECG , ECO and BP are normal . Kindly advice why this could be happening and is it a cause for concern .

Dear doctor once i have feel a heart palpitation and BP about 170/100. And then i have done echo tmt and ecg all are normal and till now i have feel tightness in chest and mold pain and coughing so i have done echo tmt and ecg again in feb and may 21 and also done holter monitoring because i also feel that heart palpitation with in fluctuations rhythm but all result is normal and doctor ruled out that this due to anxiety. And i also have a fear that i will die due to heart attack. And wt is 65 and height is 165cm. And bp is in normal range like 110/75. But now sometimes i feel tightness in my chest i am walking and sometimes not and can follow the rule 150 min regular active in a week. Please sir tell me what is going wrong with me. I am ok or not.

Sir today I checked egc test. result came normal sinus rhythms and cardiac electric axis normal but another also mentioned III abnormal t wave please tell me this kind of problem serious or not

I am having pin point chest pain near by chest area some time s left side some time right side.it come for a sec then goes off. Then come again after some time. I was eating a dinner and suddenly I feel pin point chest pain for a sec then it goes off. Is this related to heart issue
