Heart beat
Sir my heart beat during night is between 50 to 60 and in the morning it settle down to normal is there any problem I have done my ecg I have attatched it below sir it tells normal sinus rythem with middle left axis deviation

Your ECG is normal. Ignore the printed report its machine generated its not reliable. Your heart rate is also absolutely normal. It is supposed to be low at night. Nothing to worry
