Hello doctor i am a male of 27yrs age, For last 1 year i feel sudden episode of lightheadedness along with shortness of breath and palpitations, I am a smoker and take alcohol, I had a family history of cardiac issue, I have done my report LDL level are high, done woth echo that is normal and 2 month back done stress echo which came normal, i feel pain under left armpit that radiate to finger and to elbow and also in left upper chest and it comes and go. Also i feel low ringing sound in ears. I am paranoid as if i am having heart problem? And i feel chest pain left arm pain even at rest. And usually while excercise i dont feel much pain. Kindly please suggest!

Sir I had fever followed by cough 2months ago after that now I have mild chest pain in left side of the chest which comes and goes and pain over right shoulder sometimes neck stiffness which lasts longer.my age is 21 yrs.what to expect and what to diagnose. Doctor if my ecgs are normal and it is not related heart pain than whenever I lie down I feel pressure in middle of chest I mean fullness jaisa feel hota hai . And when I walk everything becomes normal and chest pe puri ek line hai jisse touch karte hai toh pain karti hai . But tightness is also happening in middle of chest it can be due to ?? And plaque  toh jama nahi hogyaa arteris mai ?? Sir ??

I just ate and I checked bp it was 110/68 and was showing irregular beat for 1st time second time again measured it was showing 109/68 and third time again it was showing 111/68 irregular beat 4 th time 110/68 normal beat. What problem is this cant understand I had sudden onset of dizziness while I was sitting is it anxiety or something else
