I have been having a mild chest pain since a couple of days on the left side, it is on and off and thought it could be due to acidity as I have been eating outside food offlate. Please suggest If I need to get an ECG or ECHO to rule out any possibility of cardiac related

Hi, My sister was having a pain on left side under her arm pit and shoulder since a month. She had an ECG taken a month back and it was normal. She took an ECG today and it came as borderline abnormal ECG. Should we go for a repeated test and needs to be consulted a cardiologist? Please suggest.

Can I take pan-d before food and inderal la 20 mg after food daily... I have been prescribed inderal la for palpitations. However, I have sone gastric issues also.

Iam using olmezest h20 tab for hypertension, it's control bp well but this having more side effects. Can i take olmezest AM 20 , AM is better than H? Or AM is efficient than H? Pls suggest. Regards.

Sometimes I get heart palpitations and chest pain,  my bp is 130 to 140 usually.. is this normal or should I be worried my pulse rate at rest is also be 70 to 90 only...

I'm 33 and my dad who is 63 has been diagnosed with heart disease and underwent surgery recently. I was little overweight and careless all these years but the moment my dad was sick I realized I have to take care of my health as well. I started walking and dieting and lost 4 kgs in 2 months. I have cholesterol levels higher so doctor suggested me to take statin 5 mg. I also went through ECHO ECG and TMT recently and everything was looking fine. I'm not diabetic and I don't have BP issues as well. But I have cholesterol complaints for which I'm slowly changing my lifestyle also taking 5 mg statin. I understand leading health lifestyle will prevent the plaque from building up in arteries hereafter. But how to clear already build up plaque if any? Is there any specific diet for that? Kindly advice.
