Does drinking cold water do irregular rythm or is it anxiety pls answer fast I drank normal cold water does it do or is it anxiety.

Pressure just checked randomly I was scared to measure bp first it was 130/80 and second was 120/80 after 5 mins and third was 1115/70 why is it so is it pure anxiety.

Hi i am a male of 27 yrs age i have bit heaviness and chest pain on upper left side along with pain in arm pit raidate to left arm elbow and finger, I done Stress echo 2 months back that came normal, shall we consider that echo need to perform again or that echo is still valid to get sure none of heart issue? My father has a very healthy lifestyle. He eats right, exercises daily and has no deleterious habits. Since last 24 hrs, he is complaining of chest pain on the left side at a single point. The pain is constant and not radiating. There is no pressure like feeling, sweating, nausea or breathlessness. Though he has been experiencing pain in left arm since last few days . This pain appeared only on specific movements and appeared like a muscular pain. I am attaching the picture of ECG we took last night.
