  4. BP lying down vs sitting. Or sitting up?

BP lying down vs sitting
My Bp is in 110/80 range when i am lying down and when i sit up its 135/100 range . I am taking telma 40 at the moment . Do i need to change my dose again ? Is bp lying down better indication or sitting up ?
