I was having high Sgpt And Sgot levels so i decided to work on my health and starting dieting and exercise, My cholesterol levels were normal before 2 months.Now after loosing 9kgs of weight in 2 months i repeated my lipid profile and Liver profile my Sgpt and SGot came as normal but now my cholesterol levels are elevated..Sr Cholesterol is 217 now and LDL is 166 now with normal Sr Triglycerides levels.After consulting with dr he said its normal to have elevated cholesterol levels due to weight loss..Now i consulted cardiologist he has recommended me to take statins which i dont want to opt for..need ur valuable suggestions. Age :- 32 yrs...Non Alcohalic..

Today I had chest pain and left shoulder pain got ecg..ecg, bp. SPO2 normal., They gave me sorbitrate Sublingual.. after 20 mints pain was resolved but I can't figure out if it was coz of medicine or not. I have a similar history of such pains and it gets better on its own without any medicine.. have got ecg + troponine three times in past year in ER.. TMT + echo done 2 year ago normal Also due to sorbitrate my legs head are paining badly. My heart is pounding madly n not going below 120 beats.. I haven't felt so sick with some medicine before... plz tell what to do

My kid is 2 year old, in his recent blood work his cholesterol levels have came way too high that normal range. Total cholesterol 232, LDH direct 186, non HDL 190. His BP was checked with a digital instrument which came 144/99. Please guide if it's a matter of concern, does it indicate any heart health issues. He is otherwise an hyperactive kid, but recently is getting tired really soon and having breathlessness when does some activities.

I have left hand uppar side and left shoulder pain for last three week..muscle pain medicine arw suggested by doctor but no relief.. x-ray of shoulder have nothing...what should i do...can it be cardio problem.?

Hello Sir/Madam, I am experiencing some pain in chest, sometimes at left side and sometimes at middle. I am walking daily for 5 KM, but there is no pain while walking. I have undergone TMT, Echo, ECG 1.5 years back. All reports were normal. After that I have done almost 4 ECG and all came normal. Attached the recent ECG. Is there anything else to confirm, that this is non cardiac pain. The pain Mostly comes when I am seating.

I am having post traumatic stress disorder and anxiety issues. My pulse rate is generally above 90. I have been prescribed Ciplar LA 40 once a day for few months. Is it safe to take this medicine as I read about withdrawal of it leading to heart attack etc.what should I do? I am also taking ecospirin 75 in night for better blood flow.

My sister recently had been diagnosed with PSVT where her heart rate is faster than normal. Her blood test also showed hyperthyroidism. I have attached the reports because I think we should go for second opinion before getting her tested with ESP & RFA as suggested by the doctor. I am experiencing chest pain dizziness I did tmt 15 days ago it was negative echo was normal ecg was normal and today again I did echo it was normal my hdl level is it low hdl is 36 pls check report is it anxiety do I need to do tmt again or not. Recurrent dyspnea and palpitations since one month with medication my Bp went down to ,90/50. Now medication reduced to half Bp is now100/70, my Ecg shows suspect left  ventricular hemi block T waves abnormalities and echo Ef is 68 percent I was advised to under go Angiogram and revascularization .Always  my BP was  normal except this time since four months I am very  active   person regularly  practicing  yoga, I can climb stairs case, do all household works. I am  on Tab Vildagliptin   Metformin 50/500 BD. Tab Metoprolol 25mg BD  Tab Sorbitrate 2.6 mg  The Ecosprin 75mg  Tab Atrovastatin  10mg Hs at present Kindly advice me,  Do you advice me  to under go CAG? Thanks
