My brother fainted in the gym day before yesterday and doctor asked us to perform HUT test ..What does this report mean ? HUT is positive means ?? Report is attached please help

Hi I am 49year old male suffering from hypertension since 7 years and iam with medication morning as well as night, and my bp is always high at doctor office(due to anxiety) around 175/94 and always normal at home and other places. From since 1 month i routinely checked my bp at home(omron device),at morning(118/79), afternoon(128/80, 135/85mmhg) ,and at  night(120/80,118/82). i had no symptoms iam in activity daily and also i will jog around 4 to 5km daily, maintaining healthy diet. Despite this if i work more(lifting weight, other physical activity) my bp will be 157/95(at home with no symptoms) it will take time to come down. My ecg,blood test,echo done, Ecg- sinus tachycardia Blood test - normal Echo EF -60% Grade 1 lvdd CVH+ No effusion/no clots Others are normal Doctor suggested for tmt but my bp at doctor office not permitting so what to do please any suggestion and doctor said to come after 1 month my physical activity- walk,run, weight lifting. i wont feel any symptoms.

Health anxiety bp reached to 130/100 will it be back to normal I am not a bp patient. Due to anxiety my bp rised to 130/80 and my head was paining first reading when I did was 130/80 after 5 mins of it my reading was 120/70 because I was not overthinking when I sleep at night theres no head pain and when I wake up when I overthink there is head pain due to overthinking do I need medicine or anything or can I take clonazepam for anxiety will it releive ?

Iam using olmezezt h20 tab for hypertension , my BP reading shows like 135/85 is it normal or not? How often check bp readings. Can i change my tab olmezest am20 instead of olmezest h20. Which is effective and less side effects. Pls suggest. Regards.
