Turn neck backside my chest hurts
When i turn my neck back side my right side chest hurts its problem from around 2 years. When i seet on chair and i stretch my body then i feel sharp pain in my right side chest. I done xray but its normal Plz tell me🙏

Its not heart related. Seems like neck spine related issues
