Neck, Jaw and shoulder pain
I am scared of having cardiac issue because whenever i am having neck pain, jaw, left shoulder, chest and arm pain, but i am having a pain in my chest not more that 1 minutes but 3 months back i took stress TMT, 2d echo, chest x ray, 4 ecgs all are normal, whenever i turn my neck my chest side and chest bone is also paining, i dont know whether its due to muscle pain or cardiac pain. and my arm pain raidiates upto collar bone and fingers sometimes lower biceps is also paining, please let me knw

If ECHO , TMT is normal, cardiac evaluation is normal, nothing to worry about, looks muscular pain, as you described
