Sweating, Anxiety and uneasyness

I have recently given berth to baby. My baby is just 25 days. I am also working as staff nurse in IKDRC. My regular heart beat is 114 to 120 per minute since last many years. At present I am facing Sweating, Anxiety and uneasyness. I am seeking reason behind my high heart beats. I need solution for Sweating, Anxiety and uneasyness. Pls extend your necessary guidance.
