I am having telma 40 bp med since a week. My bp when lying down is ok. But when i sit up , my distollic bp rises to 100. Systollic stays unchanged . What could be the issue ? Any variant of telma i should take ?

I am having chest pain and cough from few days. As I was worried..doctor suggested to do ecg. Doctor said normal ecg but in report it is written abnormal rythm ecg... pls explain

I have started telma 40 now since a week . My systollic is under 130 but diastolic is around 100 when sitting and 85 when lying down. Any reason for this ? Should i continue with telma 40 or some other suggestion ?

I am overweight and wanted to exercise - walk and do stomach crunches and stomach exercises while lying down . Is it ok to do so while being on bp med ?

Extreme Headache after taking telmisartan 40mg daily &hydrochlorothiazide(12.5mg)which not even gets normal with propranolol(40mg) flunarizine(12.5mg).Neurological treatment going on for cervical spine problems.Please suggest any alternative for telmisartan.Even when blood pressure gets normal around 128/79 headache not stops.Please suggest alternative for it or give any tip how to avoid this side effects .Please suggest it is causing extreme headaches even when bp is normal.Age 52 female

I have anxiety problem , when I am having anxiety attack I have tachycardia, and I am taking medication citalopram and clonazepam from last one month . But I am having resting heart rate is 55 to 60 from last 5 months . I had 2 times ecg when I had panic attacks and only I have tachycardia at that time . Is it a problem? Please help . I am in tension because of my low heart rate .

Hello Doctor, My friend having sudden pain in the middle of chest recently. Feeling better after 5 to 10 minutes. She also claims to see that she feels difficult to swallow and light pain in arm.
