  4. Left arm pain and neck. To heart?

Left arm pain and neck
I am having pain in my neck at left side and left arm its constant it happen for few hours and disappear then come back again i am experiencing this from few days I am 22 year old. Heartburn sometime and chest pain I also feel bloated. I am diagnosed with tb and clear with all reports few months ago I have attached my ct report plz tell me is it related to heart

Does not seem to be heart related. Eityer Neck spine related or acidity related
