Heart beat
My heart beat during night between 50 to 60 and during morning in between 60-70 is there any problem with my heart and I have taken a ecg results was norml sinus rythem and middle left axis deviation I have a light giddiness is due to vertigo and sinus problem is there any problem

Your ECG and heart rate readings are all normal. Heart rate is supposed to be low during sleep. Nothing to worry

It's normal ECG. Your resting heart rate is normal.
