A very small size of wood splinter stuck into a nail. I could not remove after trying several times. Should I worry about that and take tetanus injection? What should I do?

Planter corn was surgically removed then within 2 months again a hard corn like thing has developed in the scar which was left behind. Thr problem is reoccurring in the same place.

I have a small wart near my eye. When I 13 yrs old my father tool me to local hospital. The doctor remove the small wart and additionally he put some white substance at wart skin. He said this will remove the wart rooting in the skin. Then that white substance cause this cavity. So is there any treatment for this. BTW my current age is 16 yrs and weight is 71kg and height is 6 feet
