How to get rid of surgery scar from chest which happened due to gynochomastia surgery three years back.

How can I get rid of surgery scar on my chest, which was caused due to gynochomastia surgery around 3 years ago

Started complaint pain and problem sitting a day back and now pain & on touch seems cyst near tailbone. Has body acne issue generally and sitting long got studies. Is GP or G surgeon right Dr to go first. Is it treatable with medication or needs small cut or surgery? What can given tom/Sun till show Dr?

I am suffering from inguinal hernia, doctor advised me to undergo open hernia repair with mesh implementation. But as mesh is foreign object, I was looking for non-mesh hernia repair and found out that Desarda repair technique doesn't use mesh. But to my dismay none of the doctors are using this technique except Desarda himself at his hernia center, why is it so? Is it because it is not beneficial to patients as claimed by him?which is the best hernia repair technique and what are down sides of Desarda repair?
