General surgery or laser treatment is best for haemorrhoids? If I go laser after laser treatment does piles remains still back ?

I can't use the Indian style toilet after my back surgery. What should i do so that i can use the Indian toilet? Surgery procedures- posterior stabilisation and decompression fusion. 5 months ago.

My USG report says.. Liver is mildly enlarged with slight fatty changes.. The Gallbladder is normally distended.. the wall is normal.. No intra luminal echo seen.. Biliary tree is normal in course and not dilated.. the CBD at porta hepatis measure 03 mm in diameter at porta.. Do I have gallstones?? Or I have chances of getting gallstones in coming years?? Please reply 🙏

My mother 55 years old had cholecystectomy two days back. Her otherwise recovery is okay. But since yesterday she is having fever around 100 and 100.5 in the evening . After taking paracetamol tablet ,fever gets normal. But is it something to worry ? Or is it okay.

I am 65 years old and had fatty liver for several years.. Last year I got Covid Pnemonia in December and was hospitalized for 16 days..Then I recovered.. Next month in January I got severe stomach paina and in ultrasound it said multiple stones largest being 5.5 mm and cholestorosis in gallbladder.. My question is that DID I GET GALLSTONES DUE TO COVID? Is there a connection?

Please suggest how much should I keep between fistula surgery and second dose of covid vaccination. My covisheild dose is due 8 days after the surgery was done. Is it safe to get vaccinated or should I delay beyond 8 days?

I am having pain in chest from last week. And recently I've got hypothyroid is this the reason for chest pain.. Or i should be serious about this. And also I have suffered from chronic pain and difficulty in breathing once.

I had severe acidity and acute pancreatitis. and continous lose motion. After that i did go through endoscopy and MRCP. Then my LFT was very high(all enzyme ie sgot(1000),sgpt(800),ggtp(800).There was stone in my gall bladder. So gall bladder was removed on last thursday through laproscopy. And LFT report improved throughout the treatment. Now i am feeling severe acidity problem at lower abdomen even after surgery. I am taking precautionary food.Is thr any issue with my intestine?or is this something different?

My gall bladder was removed on last friday because of a gallstone.I often feeling too much acidity after that,my endoscopy is also done and stomach liver and other organ are ok.MRCP was also done before surgery.

My doctor prescribed Lymecycline tablets for acne. I stopped taking it 1 month ago. I want to get Gynecomastia surgery, will it cause any problems?
