General Surgery

I'm a very lean person. My last 2 chemos had resulted in vein blood clots in both hands. Facing pain when doing small work in one of the hands. Doctor suggested to fix chemo port for blood clot issue. Worried about chemo port insertion if it would be problem for me as I am very thin/lean person.

There's a very serious emergency. My uncle has met with an accident and has had a blood loss. Now doctor wants to infuse blood but since there's lot of swelling in the entire body and multiple fractures so doctors are not able to find any vein. They are saying the only resort is to directly infuse blood in heart through a vein near collar bone. But they are also saying that there's a risk of heart attack since my uncle's cholesterol level are high. Doctors want my family to sign "informed consent" form before infusing blood. So my family was asking whether there's any other way to infuse blood or they should take him to Lucknow or some other hospital.

Dear doctor my brother suffered from tight poop with blood for 1 and large inguinal hernia scrotal surgery before surgery we have all blood test and ct abdomen are normal and also endoscopy done I have attached report he have contious losing weight My only concern if he had stomach cancer or gi bleed doctors could rule out during surgery???

Sir/madam, actually i took covid vaccine (covaxin) on June 15,i was experienced body pains,body weak like symptoms up to 2days then iam ok, But from 3-4 days iam experiencing same symptoms, additionally am also getting full sweat,not able to any work. Wts the problem sir/madam?

Sir/ma'am I have this wound present on my finger since past 3-4 months, it's not healing and I am NOT diabetic or pre diabetic patient. I got this wound while working with some wooden particles, and had a very very small particle of wood getting stuck into it, which I don't know is still there or not. I am attaching the pic for your reference, I used to feel pain earlier on pressing it but now it's completely painless.

Past from one month I am getting tite motion due to that time I found 2 to 3 drops of blood coming in motion.and first motion pice is also black in color then yellow then 2 drops of blood in end.kindly suggests what will be the problem

2.5 years back , i had c section delivery, from then I had fat belly , no fat in the side portion , only in the stretch area , bayam or jogason is not  helping to reduce that fat , is there any problem with stretch??

I underwent a breast USG as my right is larger than the left.in the report it showed breast size assymetry and abundance fatty elements with normal grandular tissues and firbrous stroma In both breasts, While no other abnormality is detected. Is this anybting to worry? Or any further test is needed? Also if there is fibroadenoma?

Dear doctor two months before I had tight poop with blood after drinking alcohol not eaten properly for 4 months weight decreasing having palpation and left chest tightness reflects to throat endoscopy done I've attached my report plz suggest. Me want to do I've consulted gastrointestinal doctors saying its normal
