General Surgery

My wife had an abcess in her left breast and it was operated 5 months ago,in biopsy report it shows granulomatous mastitis (attached report) ,now the abcess has reoccured ,there was 55 ml of pus shown in sonography  out of which 30 ml was removed by aspiration,  she had small place on  her breast  where the puss was getting deposited and  finally it bursted ,  she also has a couple.of  hard contents just like she had earlier before the first surgery. I consulted with a infectious disease specialist (attached prescription) before burst happened. I have attached old biopsy reports  what shall i do pls help, Below are some test that were done . Test Acid fast stain test(afb smear) :no afb seen Culture and sensitivity: culture Gram stain: moderate pus cells seen no microorganisms seen Organism isolated:no growth in culture.

My wife is 20 week preganent and her last Anamoly Scan says she has 24.2mm cervix length. So doctor advised to take progesterone capsule 3 times a day and after one week of observation doctor will see that we can continue with medicine or to go ahead with cervical stitch. My concern is that how will we see that progesterone help in cervical shortening. Is it the length of cervix will increase or it will remain same as it is.

Upper joint section of my right ear injured 2 years ago.now feeling light pain and uneasiness. Some area light swollen also.is it worrisome?what is the appropriate medicine to resolve this problem.

I had laparoscopic right inguinal hernia surgery done 6 months ago. Yesterday I experienced wave-like (pain intensity increasing, decreasing) pain in the mesh region for about 4-5 minutes in morning, evening and night. This was moderate pain. I never had this pain since past few months. There is no pain today. Should I go for ultrasound? Can I ignore it for now?
