I am 66 years with multiple gallstones size 7.7 mm.. Since today morning there is pain only while coughing and deep breathing in my upper right area.. No vomiting.. Have good appetite.. No pain otherwise on resting or sitting.. What does this mean? Anything to worry about?

How much fissuractomy and internal sphincterectomy laser operation is successful and what are the side effects? Does it resolve the issue permanently I am about to do it

Hello, my mother went through a hernia surgery on 27th aug 2021 and still under painkillers ( tramadol hydrochloride and tylenol) when necessary as suggested by doctor. We are planning take her for the 2nd dose of covid 19 vaccination shot on 25th September. Now the question is whether she can continue taking the painkillers or should stop them at once in order to get the covid vaccine. Please advise

Can I delay cancel my surgery and maintain a oil free diet plus keep eating Udiliv tablet for years to get rid of this problem? Which is the right way for me? I don't want to risk my life..

Sir/mam I have varicocele grade 3 and i am going for medical test for army , in army it is considered unfit for service. Can i do surgery for varivocele and cure within 42 days of time so that again i can go to medical test and get cleared ? Please requesting you to address my concern sir/mam. Thanks a lot.
