General Surgery

Sir, I underwent a surgery for fistula. From last two days there's is intense pain in my upper left hip. Specially after bathing. I'll forever be grateful for godsend advice

Last year in December I had covid n ever since I frequently have mild diarrhea, my stomach is very sensitive. I have pain (not severe) in anus region while sitting or stretching. No blood in stool but it is kind of paste in texture. Pain increases in anus when I have pressure. I go 2-4 times a day to the restroom.

I had appendix surgery by laparoscopy in June 2021. In July 2021, I had low pain in upper abdomen and did sonography it revealed small bowl loop and dulcolex suppository was given. After that I got poop, but soon after that my pain was increasing in upper abdomen stool test was performed and cholera was diagnosed. So my question is is this bcoz of appendix surgery?will cholera cause problem on my surgery site?pls reply

Hi Doctor, It seems that I'm suffering from varicocele past 2 to 3 days, there is a bunch veins or seems to be an egg below the left part pelvis, there is also swelling on the left pelvis but there is no pain, when lay down it gets disappeared and I sit or stand it goes down, kindly help me out and I don't how it has occurred.

I am suffering from chronic pancreatitis. I am attaching MRCP report of chronic pancreatitis. Doctor has said that spleen shall have to be removed along with removal of part of pancreas. I want a second opinion if spleen can be saved or it has to go. BLOOD TESTS REPORT:- CA19-9 =6.95 CEA=3.22

I am 65 year old and have multiple gallstones and Severe Sleep Apnea so General Anesthesia is risky for me.. Can my gallbladder surgery be done under local anesthesia safely? I am also using my CPAP machine daily since a week.. Please Reply 🙏
