Then visit again gastro she increase ppi dose to 80mg. That tym acidity gone bt abds pain, indigestion, blaoting killed me. I complain several times she ssaid me it's Gastritis prblm will tk tym and keep giving ppis over 6month bt no improvement in symtoms. Then at last naturopath ordered me usg and result is multiple stones inside gall.  Still I'm yaking ppi40 with  some ayur medicine.Bt I'm scared that I hv gerd prblm from last few yrs, many people saying gall removl makes their acid reflux, esophagatis worse. First, relax. There is nothing to panic about it. Gastritis and gastric ersosions are so common that it affects almost everyone atleast once to several times in lifetime. Not everyone develops complications. So again, calm down. Usually Gastritis ersosions get healed with changing food habits and anti acidity tablets. A good 3 to 6 week treatment should resolve the symptoms and heal the ersosions. As your report says negative for H. Pylori bacteria which can cause ulcers, you ll have to continue taking medications given. Gradually it will settle down. Sometimes gall stones can cause similar pain, concomitantly gall bladder inflammation can also be found along with gastric erosion. First continue tablets. Next if not settling consult the surgeon again. Surgeon may change the medicine. If still not working there are few surgical treatments which can be used to cure the problem ( like removal of gall bladder and cutting acid forming nerves to stomach). There are solutions. Don't worry. Keep reviewing your surgeon.
