General Surgery

My mother's has multiple gallstones size 9mm.. They were symptomatic for 6 months after being detected but then we changed her diet and now she has no symptoms.. No pain.. No heaviness.. Her appetite is good.. So can we let go of the surgery? Should we consider the stones as Silent now and leave them alone? Will this be safe? Can she live her life with gallstones in her stomach? Please reply 🙏

Or can it be avoided? Can we stay on Udiliv tablet for 2 years to dissolve her stones.. Can we cancel the surgery? (doctor said surgery will be high risk due to severe sleep apnea)

I had a lipoma surgery on my wrist 4 weeks back. My wound is largely healed but there is pain and tightness where the stitches were there. There is a bump sorts where the stitches were there. It looks weird not sure if this is how it is supposed to look. Can you pls advise ?

Dear team, As per the 1st snapshot there was a suture clearly visible, however today suture was removed by it own,should I worry here Secondly ,As of now not able to keep foot on floor or a bed,sharing the updated snapshot. Accident date-3rd August 2021 Can you please suggest how much time should it take for start walking as it pains a lot while trying to keep the feet on ground.

Whenever i press my chests it's feel like there are cyst in both chests it's been very long time. Is this normal for a male or there are some issues with this?
