Post Fistula surgery
Hello Sir's and Madam
Two week ago my laser fistula surgery is done and now I am facing some discharge.my doctor is suggested Analspray I asked them to provide any Cream to get my healing as soon as but he said not required can someone suggest me which Cream I needs to apply to get my healing cure as early as .and also I wanted to know how long I have to face discharge. Currently I am serving 3rd week post surgery

Fistulla surgery by laser there are high chance of recurrence.
U may need a revision surgery / open surgery to complete lay open the tract and let it heal with secondary granulation and healing
There may be underlying abscess whichay need to be drained.
