General Surgery

I have buldge in my right armpit and it has been there for several years but I noticed it just now. I don't know if it has grown in size or is same because I never paid attention to it before. I have no problems. I cannot feel any lump inside it. IT  is very soft to touch just like when fat accumulates to a body part and when you touch it it is just pushes inside it is like that. I Never had any other symptoms or any other issues related to it. Do I need to consult a doctor?

Hello I have liver that is enlarged in size with normal shape with increased echogenecity.. The report shows Hepatomegaly with fatty changes with very high liver enzymes.. So I have gallbladder that is normal in size, shape, and wallthickness but Fat deposition seen in Gallbladder wall..its saying cholesterosis of gallbladder.. I have very severe Indigestion,heartburn, burping, excess gas, constipation,.. Do I need surgery for gallbladder then?

My face is asymettrical and i don't understand whom i need to consult regarding the same? Which specialist or who? I have some weird problems regarging the same. Is surgery the only solution for face alignment?

Recently discovered a swollen lump in groin area on left side. I can feel single hard lump which is somewhat painful on pressing. Its just slightly above the crease where leg meets pelvic area. Also i am running a low fever about 99.5 from past 4 days and feeling feverish from past week. Please help and i am quite anxious regarding this. What it could be. Anything serious?? Age 22

I had my c section on 19 august 2021. Can I take my covishield vaccine now? I had to travel back home next month so before traveling need to take it. Would it be harmful for stiches or baby? Please give genuine responses.
