Severe pain, no bleeding but swelling around,treated before years ago can be treated without surgery?

I have vericose vein alcers in my right leg,and this not being cured,I have already undergone vericose vein surgery 25 year s back, ihave taken Doppler scan ct scan , there is block in thies,please suggest me some medicine so that the ulcers gets cured soon as I have vascular surgeon who told me all these things after seeing reports iam here with attaching reports

Can we use hydrogen peroxide on open surgery wound.recently my grandma went through open heart surgery for that they took 3 veins from legs .now the wound is healing but above ankle is getting wide and fluid is coming out.So how to take care of that.

Yesterday while bathing i noticed a little blister or bump near anus or just on the border of anus (left side). It is little hard when i touch it. When I touch it or press it , it hurts. But while passing stool i don't feel any pain or any bleeding. While sitting,walking i don't feel any pain. What should i do? If it can be treated at home , please tell me how?

Mother is 66 years old, height 4'5 inch, weight 52 kg and has both Copd and Severe Sleep Apnea.. Currently using CPAP since last 2 months.. She also has thyroid, bp and anxiety.. Has multiple gallstones size 8 mm.. Very mild pain sometimes.. No vomiting ever.. No fever ever.. Good appetite.. Is she fit for surgery next month or should we delay it?
