Hi, Am Kalyan Rao, am facing heat pimples in my body, on thigh. Once it's blast ,other place its happening, could you suggest me.

I am undergoing fertility treatment . I took my first dose of covishield on may 25 and my second dose falls from August. 17 th . But the doctors planned hysteroscopy between15 th August to 20 th some date . But as due to some reasons in hospital they have postponed it to next week. They told it is no issues and j can take second dose and also do hysteroscopy within few days . The doctor says it doesn' t affect anything. I want to know if it is ok to take vaccine tomorrow that is 21 at as we got our appointment on that day and do hysteroscopy in some date on next week .

Hello doctor 2 months ago i have done an arthoscopy meniscus surgery... spine anestics were given.. but even after 2 months I have pain in the anestics region while bending or while having vibration in body..and also I have medium muscle stiffness on my lower left hip..is that normal.. kindly give an answer...thank you

Can i clean fistula wound in a sitz bath with my bare hands? I have a minimal discharge, usually iam scared to touch that area, its my 5th day after surgery.

Since the past 2 days I have small black lines on 3 of my nails. Since the past week, I have also been experiencing number of health problems. One day I got severe dizziness. And Since past week I have a small white line on my tongue which feels slightly swollen. On looking through torch I see that tastebud is surrounded by white area. On my gum near wisdom tooth there is a white sore. Also experiencing severe diarrhea and gas. As for the black lines on nails, I don't remember experience recent injury.

I have grade 2 internal haemorrhoids diagnosed in last month. Local doctor advised me for sclerotherapy. What is the success rate of it? Is there any side effects of sclerotherapy?

I can feel external haemorrhoid lump 10 days back it was painful during bowel movement but now pain is only when I touch it no bleeding .can this haemorrhoid shrink or go away on it's own bcz it's not shrinking .feel bit irritation inside anus also but no bleeding .or pain iam taking laxative and isabgol and simcom forte drift can anyone help me in treating this haemorrhoid permanently without surgery as it is starting only .pls suggest any medication and kindly dont ask for paid consultation. A single calculus (16 mm) is seen in lumen by USG. I don't have any symptoms like upper right abdomen pain or acidity. Can you please tell me if it requires treatment?

Doctor told me there are chances of reoccurance after surgery. Is this can be removed with laser surgery? How much chance of reoccurance after laser treatment?
