How long does it take to recover from ovarian cyst removal and how is it done? 6 cm ovarian cysts does it require removal?

My grandmother had a flap placed at her left buccal mucossa on 27 July. The wound was healing well bt we still see drain from a particular area. Plz see the pics and advise if it is a matter of concern. Plastic surgeon suggested to wait for few more days.

Sir/ma'am I had cut from rusted nail 2 days ago after which I took tetnaus injection yesterday. Today I have a lump on my injection site and it's not painless but it's very noticeable bulge.
