General Surgery

Hi doctor, I have been facing itching anus issue since few days. Sometime it itches and sometimes burning after passing motion. It stays for few hours and then get normal. Sometime I use tissue paper to relieve itching. I noticed dot red practice ( not sure poop practice or blood) on that issue. It happens rarely( twince in last 3 weeks.). there is no pain or blood during passing stool. Stool is nornal yellow or brown color. Could this rectum or colon cancer symtom ?? I am bit scared. Please read my question properly to understand my issue.

I am 65 and need to go for gallbladder operation next month at a multi speciality hospital.. But I have severe sleep apnea.. I use CPAP regularly.. What other steps can I take to minimize my risk? Please reply 🙏

Bleeding at the time of washroom is very light and it seems that the stomach has not been cleared from the pillow. Plz suggest and guide

After using the bathroom when I wipe myself clean using toilet paper, there is smudge of blood on the toilet paper. This has been happening for about a year.

My grand mother goes jn washroom and after 5 mins to go in washroom. she was fainted . We reached to the doctor they said that clotting is too much it has spread in whole head. He have checked. But then he said that we can't help you because the clotting is too much. And she have 99% percent Brain hamrege.and there is only 5% percent umeed left.And that's why she was fainted in the washroom . So we reached to lucknow to do our best. In lucknow pgi ( sanjay Gandhi hospital) but there was a problem that's why they said no to admit my grandma. Then we call to satish mahana. They tell us a hospital that might help. So we reached over there . They admitted my grandma and they also said the same thing jst that her 50% percent brain is damage. And she is in koma almost. She is on Venteleter now. We wanted to know that now there is any hope left that she will come back or it is not possible.

I feel a solid mass on my left  lower abdomen.it will appear sometimes when I am lying flat . I am having bloating abdomen,backpain and irregular bowel habits.please help me in solving my problem.

Can gallbladder surgery be performed under local anesthesia for 66 years old woman.. Multiple gallstones size 7.7 mm.. She also has bp, thyroid and severe  sleep apnea.. No Sugar.. No Diabetes.. Please Reply 🙏
