I have recently done a fissurectomy and posterior sphinteratomy after 20 days some times very little amount of blood is coming and some times burning sensation is coming

Is it possible to do a Laproscopic surgery for removal of gallbladder in case of swollen gallbladder?

Hello, my mother went through a hernia surgery on 27th aug 2021 and still under painkillers ( tramadol hydrochloride and tylenol) when necessary as suggested by doctor. We are planning take her for the 2nd dose of covid 19 vaccination shot on 25th September. Now the question is whether she can continue taking the painkillers or should stop them at once in order to get the covid vaccine. Please advise

I m 66 and have multiple gallstones size 7.5 mm.. I want to get operated but I have severe sleep apnea.. I only get mild pain sometimes.. Have good appetite.. No Vomiting or Severe Pain.. Can I delay cancel my surgery and maintain a oil free diet plus keep eating Udiliv tablet for years to get rid of this problem? Which is the right way for me? I don't want to risk my life..

Hi doctor, Due to my hypochondria anxieties, I have started fear of rectum or colon cancer since few days. I use to have itching or burning sensation after passing stool. There is no blood while passing stool and no blood while wiping anus after passing stool. Now I have started wiping my anus multiple times a day to check if any blood is coming or not. I have seen 2-4 red dots sometime on tissue paper along with stool strains. It is dot size of niddle tip.  I am really scared. Please guide. Does this could rectum or colon cancer ? I do not have other symtoms.
