Can anyone suggest a better dressing for faster wound healing. I have an open wound after removal of sebaceous cyst.

There have been swelling, readiness, itching along with liquid near my butt Crack. Also I have piles from last 2years. Kindly consult.

Yesterday while bathing i noticed a little blister or bump near anus or just on the border of anus (left side). It is little hard when i touch it. When I touch it or press it , it hurts. But while passing stool i don't feel any pain or any bleeding. While sitting,walking i don't feel any pain. What should i do? If it can be treated at home , please tell me how?
