Hypoechoic Lesions on left chest
I got an ultra sound done after my left chest was appearing than my right chest. I had this issue during my teenage but never cared. Last couple of years sedentary lifestyle and along with less exercise the appearance of the chest was more evident. I got an Ultrasound Done and  it says this Minimal fibroglandular tissues in the left breast-Likely s/o gynaecomastea. Two small hypoechoic lesions in the periphery of the left breast at 3 o clock, and periareolar region at 8-9 o clock position - Likely BIRADS III lesions" They are measuring about 7 to 9mm Is this normal? Should I be worried?
