My wife has a lump in left breast and its growing,and painful we had a surgery done a 2 months ago  and after that it has reoccured,i have uploaded the sonography report and blood test ,what could be the reason of it reoccuring and what shall be the treatment now ,pls suggest what shall i do

I did meniscus surgery last month..it been 30 days of surgery.. still there is pain in the spine where anestic given...while stretching  while sitting.its feeling pain while i pressure that region with my fingers....there is pain in the region and sometime left bottom side of my back above hip...what to do .is that normal or anything... kindly answer .. I used an antibiotic course for 10days for throat infection , after a week I got burning sensation in and in and out part of my anus.
