General Surgery

My father had accident today while driving in a sand road. He fell down and we took him to a hospital ( he had fracture and swelling in his right foot and right hand. ) He took his covishield second dose on Tuesday (13th July). He's diabetic but his sugar levels are in check right now. Doctors advised him not to take any pain killers / injections and to take just paracetamol (dolo). He has severe pain. Is it advisable to take pain killers post vaccination? Please suggest.

I had surgery of fistula in 2019 But that wound was not healed completely now again pus discharge started from wound and m having pain again. It was on left side. And when pain starts it pain entire leg too .

A thorn got inside the foot and some of it was removed but i doubt there is some of it left inside as it is paining. I'm diabetic & have BP (normal). Can i remove it at home? Which doctor do i consult? General physician or surgeon?

Hello I had laproscopic appendectomy 6 weeks ago. I didn't had any complications during surgery. Recently, I have been facing constipation and pain in upper right abdomen. My surgeon asked to do an ultrasound of abdomen. The reports came out as excessive gas filled small bowel loops. What does that mean? And what should I do? My doctor prescribed me antacid and laxative.

Hi since few days the front of my neck , thyroid area is aching , even if I swallow sometimes , no obvious swelling but just dull pain , I also have a lot of burping , what should I do

I study in Delhi. I want to get grade 1 Gynecomastia surgery. I don't have any relatives or friend who can accompany me on the surgery day because of Covid. Is it necessary to have someone on the surgery day ? Will the doctor not allow me alone ? I am worried that if the doctor doesn't allow me to have surgery alone, I will have to wait 1 more year.
