General Surgery

Sir/ma'am I have this wound present on my finger since past 3-4 months, it's not healing and I am NOT diabetic or pre diabetic patient. I got this wound while working with some wooden particles, and had a very very small particle of wood getting stuck into it, which I don't know is still there or not. I am attaching the pic for your reference, I used to feel pain earlier on pressing it but now it's completely painless.

Past from one month I am getting tite motion due to that time I found 2 to 3 drops of blood coming in motion.and first motion pice is also black in color then yellow then 2 drops of blood in end.kindly suggests what will be the problem

2.5 years back , i had c section delivery, from then I had fat belly , no fat in the side portion , only in the stretch area , bayam or jogason is not  helping to reduce that fat , is there any problem with stretch??

I underwent a breast USG as my right is larger than the left.in the report it showed breast size assymetry and abundance fatty elements with normal grandular tissues and firbrous stroma In both breasts, While no other abnormality is detected. Dear doctor two months before I had tight poop with blood after drinking alcohol not eaten properly for 4 months weight decreasing having palpation and left chest tightness reflects to throat endoscopy done I've attached my report plz suggest. 3 weeks ago I had laproscopic appendectomy and it was uncomplicated. Now, I'm facing constipation and difficulty in passing stools, and the stools are quite hard and blood is coming out of anus. What shall I do ? Is it something that I need to worry about ?

Actually Meri neck ke right side or neck ke back side under skull area two lymph node h These lymph nodes are painless mene general surgeon ko dikhaya b h he told me that it's normal lymph node Or meme ultra sound bhi karwaya h which is normal plz advise me mere lypmph node kab tak apni original shape or size me aayega or what should I have to do For treating those nodes , I take antibiotics for 7 days after that I have strep throat .

My mother has severe sleep apnea but needs to be operated laproscopically for Gallbladder Removal Surgery soon.. Can she go in for this surgery? Will it be safe for her? What can I do to make it safer?
