As mentioned patient has a large Dermoid cyst which is mature cystic teratoma. It is an abnormal growth of certain type of cells in wrong place. Eg. Dermoid cyst can have hair, teeth in it. There ia 10 to 15 percent change of it getting coiled around itself which can lead to torsion,. And rarely 1 % chance becoming cancerous. Surgery is the best treatment.
