Flu

I have been on Uprise D3 60000IU weekly and Nurite Active (Pic Attached) for B12 for 2 weeks now. My normal BP used to be 110/70 range (+- 5). After taking these supplements; my BP started rising up to 120/80 last week and this week it went to 130/85 this week. I have been noticing this upward trend since I started taking the meds. A nutritionist suggested High dose of Vitamin D can deplete Magnesium and increase Blood pressure? It is possible? Should I stop the medications? If yes, which one?

Hi thanx in advance dr.. Today ii eat popcorn i mistakenly swallowed a popcorn. I had a feeling of stucked... But i speak clearly and drink 5 glass of water immediately and i breath completely... May i worried about this? Does popcorn dissolved in water?

So 3 days back i felt some chest discomfort n other symptoms n i had ekg done- it was almost normal as per er doc but had some minor non specific changes. I was told to repeat it if symptoms persist. Since the discomfort did reduce but didnt go completely so here i got another ekg.. plz check if there are any changes in it? If non specific changes then what to do next? Plz note that I had a normal echo a month ago except MILD MR AND TR

Hello Doctors, my sister had stomach upset and vomiting and after that since 2 days she is having very high fever. 1st days it was around 104 and today in afternoon it was over 102 after taking paracetamol and now on evening again it's 103. She is also feeling very weak. Which medicines to give to reduce the fever and to bring to normal temperature? We had eaten chilli paneer from outside and then had home made chicken biryani after that both mother and sister started vomiting, having gas and running fever from the next day. Can I give norflox for stomach infection? I have Ibuprofen and paracetamol both. Which would be better for fever management?
