I often get vibrations or shaku kind of feeling inside the body mainly while trying to go to sleep. It sometimes interfere with my sleep and wakes me up in the middle of the night. I can feel it in my chest, legs and arms, it's like from the inside of the body but it seems fine from the outside. Two days ago, I had done a lot of stressful work and stayed awake the whole night. The vibrations increased since then. Last night, I could even feel the vibrations when I am awake, this never happened before. I also feel my body is quite hot in the morning, and still feeling the vibrations at times. Please advice me.

I got my CBC done and found out that my ESR level is 37 which according to normal range is on higher side. Platelet count is 158000. Rest all parameters almost normal (LFT, Thyroid, Lipid, Kidney). Note worthy details: PCV - 37.60 MCHC - 34.8 Glucose (Fasting) - 95 No visible symptoms as such. Periods ended 10 days ago.

Diagnosed with viral fever on June 4th with CRP level 13.1 and fever lasted for 4 days. Now, 10 days after the fever, CRP level is now standing at 12.6 and asked to wait for few days with good diet.
