Her 2d echo report shows tricuspid regurgitation fragmented signals. Why the signals are fragmented? Is there any heart issue? Is it dangerous? Does she have a tricuspid valve disease? Kindly reply..

I had fatty liver shown up in my USG abdomen exactly 1 year ago.. i want to know do i require another scan now? Does fatty liver require yearly followup?
