I want to quit smoking but I fear withdrawal symptoms. Whenever I go without smoking for extended hours, I can feel my heart pounding, some breathing difficulties and a lot of anxiety. Also experience fatigue and demotivation. I had tried the nicotine gums earlier but it didn't work. Is there anything that will help me to ease through the withdrawal symptoms at least, I'm done with this stinky habit.

Hello, In a few days, I had stomach pain, and more than three times I needed to go to the restroom, so I did the sonography, and in that, a moderately fatty liver is showing. One year before I did sonography, it showed a mid-fetty liver, but now it's moderate. Now I'm getting anxiety and too much worry about it because Dr. said if it's level increases, no one medicine will work, and also because Dr. has too much restriction on my food. Please, Dr. Someone, help me.
