Flu

My wife has high fever 104 that comes and goes with neck and  back pain . No typhoid , malaria and dengue detected as per medical test . Her ESR is very high 31 and CRP is also very high 16. Please help . This is Happening for 4 days but no improvement after taking paracetamol and other antibiotics... Please help .

I had taken Dilzem CD 120 today in the afternoon but by mistake I took another tablet of Dilzem CD 120 just now. My BP was already low at 104/65 when I checked just now. What do I do? I am so scared.

Last week I had loose motion and vomit so I was admitted in hospital for few hrs and they give medicines through iv .. after tat iv got over I got shivering for half an hour and got fever.. after paracetamol fever got reduced.. but daily I'm getting severe headache.. which is unbearable after putting paracetamol 650 only it is reducing for the past 7 days.. is this a side effects of that iv? Rl, drotein, pan and one more medicine they put through iv.. pls help me get rid off this headache..
