I am taking blood pressure medicine, and trying to control my BP below 130/80.. but the biggest problem is so many external triggers increase my blood pressure.. like now, I was watching a drama which had a very intense episode, and now my blood pressure has increased to 140/90 I can't even imagine how much my blood pressure would be going when I am outside or under heavy stress situation . That time it must be shooting to 150/100 Sometimes it is difficult to avoid such situations .. can you please tell me what should I do?
