Flu

I was having burning sensation in my upper stomach area so I went to my doc , he gave me ppi for 2 months , my condition has improved then before but I still have burning sensation sometimes . Moreover I feel as if food is in my throat ,which in reality is gas only . THERE IS NO HEARTBURN , only a bit of stomach burning sensation . What's going on ?? I suffer from health anxiety and already consulting psychiatrist for it since years . But this health anxiety is making me think , what if I have GERD or Barrett's easophagus which is undiagnosed ?? I am scared .

We tested cbc in that everything is okay except hemoglobin 15.1 ..3 days back we checked its 15 now its increased to 15.1 and she tested positive for dengue so we did her cbc

Face puffy or bloated same with eyes (but i maintain a low body fat) nasal passage always clogged frequent waking up before desired sleep time is it sleep apnea ? And i suspect i have an allergy aswell redness in eyes puffiness and itching
