Namastey Doctor, My age is 28, Height is 5ft 4inch and my latest weight is 72 KG (Weight Increased more than 8 KG in six months). Last year i was diagnosed with mild gastritis through endoscopy screening. After that i was on a medication of one PPI and Nexito 5mg. Few month back i was doing very well and i do not have stomach issues so i have stopped taking PPI's but continued with Nexito 5mg, in last week i have stopped taking nexito, after stopping it for more than 3 days. Now my body is feeling very wiered, like my head feels very light and may be i fall, gas trouble, burping and constpation. My head feels very much uncomfortable and i feel i have a lost touch with my mind. I stopped nexito due to increase in my weight, i do not eat that much fatty things still my weight has been increased and like never before. Is this symptoms are linked to nexito medicine stoppage or gasritis again popped up.?

Can you please suggest a lab test that one can get done as part of a regular checkup? Something that covers all vitamin deficiencies including magnesium, iron and calcium. I feel I'm getting restless leg syndrome and the other day my chin was also twitching. And also, are there any regular supplements one should take? Something that covers all vitamin deficiencies.

I am having fever from 7 days, doctor suggested blood test-lft,typidot,widal test, crp. Crp level is elevated Sgot sgpt also Widal test positive till 1:80 titre for O and H. Fever rises in every 12 15 hrs. Is this typhoid only?

I am having fever for past 7 days. Doctor suggested crp,cbc,widal,typhidot and lft. Crp level raised to 35 Cbc normal Widal positive till 1:80 titre for O And H TYPHIDOT negative But fever comes around every 12 to 15 hours ..same like typhoid symptoms.
