Flu

Persistent mild fever since 5 days.Started with tonsil pain but it resolved in 1 days with methylprednisone 8mg aceclofenac linezolid 600 and namcold fx.Stopped after pain relief in 1.5 day.But since last 3 days fever is persistent in range 99.2-5 with extreme cold and runny nose .Sneezing too.No tonsil pain now since 3 days .Using 650mg paracetamol now.Initially mentioned medicine was taken since I get frequent swollen tonsils with feverAnd last time I got ill senior doctor recommended same.Now there is no pain in tonsils from last 4 days.But excessive runny nose ,cold and mild persistent fever

Esr is always above 50 for past two years.crp is normal.always feeling cold.taking antibiotics for non stop cold and cough,lymphnodes.headache and shivering.doctor did testing for tb,it's nil.should I go on for general blood culture test.

I experienced mild chest pain today morning. I ignored it thinking it might be reflux or gerd.. but pain in evening was bad so got this ecg done from a diagnostic centre. So requesting ur opinion on it. I will meet doctor tomorrow afternoon Is the ecg okay?

Dear Doctor I have been diagnosed with Typhoid few days back after having fever and headache feel at mostly evening. It is being total 7 days completed from the start of medications for Typhoid. Antibiotic and Calopol were given. Even after completion of 7 days, Yesterday i had a mild fever at night for which i have taken calpol 650 and when i checked HR and Spo2 at that time it shown spo2 is between 93- 97 % & Heart Rate were something around 120+bpm. After fever reduced i had a good sleep yesterday. But today morning i have no fever in morning my Spo2 Levels are 97-98% and my Heart rate is between 100-108 bpm. Without any fever my heart rate is more than 100 bpm. Does this high heart rate is due to ongoing typhoid disease or something else. My bp was 100/70 and my CBC report were normal but my crp levels were high something around 96 mg/L few days back. I am now feeling well after taking medications, but this fever at night and high heart rate is affecting me. Could you help me.

I have high RBC and Hemoglobin in month of May y haemoglobin was 17.5, RBC was 6.05 and HCt was 52.1 then in month of July haemoglobin is 17.2, RBC at 5.77 and HCT at 47.4. some day my diastolic blood pressure reach to 90's while y systolic remains 120-125. Should I be concerned? I have done my ECG and chest xray also everything is normal

Yestarday early morning i used to eat falooda and egg puffs and after that i started to have vomiting and loose motion and today my face is full of pimple and some are worse and my body completely itching and also i have headache fatigue and stomach ache

I am told to skip Thyronorm for 45 days and test TSH. Value is 6.360 I have foot pain and sleepy feeling. Will I be required to start thyroxine or need to retest after some time. Will be seeing my doctor within a week.
