Feeling backpain and left rib pain while taking deep breath. It's from almost 7/8 months. Always having upper backpain spine pain. Visited to Orthopaedic. But no relief with painkiller. When took painkiller it's reduced. Again started.

I always feel extremely cold in winter and now it's unbearable I feel lethargy even when I sleep on time and get up on time I don't have enough energy for anything even going to college and coming from college seems very hectic everyday . I'm suffering low platelet count since 7 months.and last a month ago I'm suffering  cervical lymph node in my neck .after taking antibiotics it size reduced bt not completely gone now the size of two cervical lymph is like size for whole wheat.i tested CBC yesterday in that giant platelet seen what does it mean is it dengerous?
