I did my routine check up for few things and I am attaching the reports for the following. No symptoms for anything I am just taking medicine for anxiety. Esr came as 17 normal range is from 15// I am worried

I assisted a orthopedic doctor on April 9 but still my lower back pain is not fully cured but reduced. I can't hold heavy weights and cannot stretch my back fully as earlier.Pain starts on bending my back both forward and backward I cannot sit without lumbar support belt for a long time.I do regular exercise to relief my back.Excercise like cobra stretch etc.In mri no disc issue and cracked bone was found. I feel my lower back rigid but earlier it was very flexible.I got this pain while playing volleyball ball hit my neck hard and I heard a Crack sound in my lower back.Now I am not under any medication from 3 weeks.
