From past 3 days I am facing burning sensation different area of inside my mouth and tongue,I can't eat even less spicy food  and hot food ,I tried so many home remedies but now all of sudden I saw this red pimple in right side ,i am very much scared is this pimple serious,and I have extra teeth growing in upper rightside area its poking against mouth muscle that one also painful please suggest me is that red pimple serious or not

I am having diabetes and using dopanorm and sitalembic tablets. I got cold last week and cough also.. since 2 days cough was ok and cold subsided. Now from today i am having bad taste in mouth. I have not taken any medicine apart from my diabetes medicine. What ever I eat I feel spice in mouth and not exact taste. Also my lips edges are burning. Morning when I brushed my teeth i could see very little blood stain in saliva. Can you please suggest

Been many days of feeling heart fatigue- cant walk or stand for more than 2 minutes, resting heart rate fine but on moving around 120/130... palpitations..
