My age is 25 and I'm having a weight of 90. I know I'm over weight, but i just want to ask that I'm always having weakness and sleepy nature nowadays for the past 2 months. I've diagnosed my blood so I came across that my Vit D is low, my Vit B 12 is up to the mark only, iron in my blood is low. So what should i take and what should i eat to be in good health.

Sometimes, when I don't eat for long, I get fast hearbeat and it gets better after I drink water or eat something. Is it normal and does it happen to other people also?

I got my creatinine checked as a routine check up It came out 1.05 It is within the normal range but still earlier 3 months back it came out to be 0.76 from another lab It's much greater than it was previously I am worried as is it something to worry for? I am scared. I have no such kidney ailments at present.

Hello, I see in my lab report SGPT is showing higher compared to the range provided in the lab report. Also, the cholesterol is showing on a higher side. Is this concerning? Thanks!

I got vaccinated with 4 doses of ARV exactly 5 months back from a govt hospital, I was feeding a stray dog yesterday and I feel that maybe the mark on my hand is caused by the dog,(i am not sure) So do I need to retake vaccine amd also How long does vaccine provide immunity in humans against rabies ?
