Dear doctor, my child age is 13 month. He passing hard potty one or two times in a day. Is there need to consult doctor or is it  normal?

I have done echo and tmt in april, holter in may. Everything was normal. Cardiologist said i might have anxiety. I feel left hand sometimes heavy, sometimes skipped beats. When all these things happen i become more worried and anxious. I have done echo and tmt 3 times in last 8 months. Is it cardiac issue? Shall i repeat these tests? I remain worried every second of the day.

There were some dogs barking near the gate of my house, when I opened the gate as I entered my house and locked it for the night. I applied sanitizer on my hand but while applying some of it got splashed in my eyes. Can I get rabies if any of the street dog might be infected? Also, I had taken 5 injections in April 2021 and after that nearly after 3-5 months I have taken 3 injections on 0,3,7 days (I took one extra to be safe) as here there are so many cats, dogs and monkeys in the locality. Last series of 3 injections I took in January 2024, last dose on 8th January, 2024. Am I totally safe or do I need 2 more vaccines again as boosters?

Hi doctors, I've been diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism (Graves disease) where the reports show figures far off from the ideal range. I've started with homeopathy for about 6 months now but to no avail. The symptoms as well as the reports are getting worse. I've been told by my endocrinologist previously that I will have to take medicines for a while, then go for radioiodine therapy. It will lead to hypothyroidism so I will have to take medicines for the rest of my life. That's the reason why I started with homeopathy. Now, I need guidance rather than another prescription. In your experience, can an extreme case of hyperthyroidism be treated with medicines for a few months/years and no further medications/surgeries are required. Please help. Thanks in advance.

She has been vomiting since 3 days , diarrhea and fever are also there and headache also..She is taking prescribed medication but no results yet she also took injection and saline.what could it be or do she needs to be done

While sleeping,keeps his mouth open. Even he tries to keep close, after on sleep, he mouth gets open by relex. He is not having cold.

I was having a minute cut a day before and my 2 year old daughter got a injury on her head in the afternoon by falling on floor and on the same day in the morning some monkeys came and eaten and played with peanuts which were kept for drying . Later on my wife collected all the peanuts and kept. But during this peanuts were kept on floor and she also touched the door handles and utensils. Does this is a risk for rabies infection or just my overthinking?

SPLEEN: Mildly enlarged in size (~ 12.5 cm) and normal in echotexture. A splenunculus measuring ~ 3.2 x 3.5 cm seen. She is having pain in upper left side of stomach.
