Hello sir/madam, My mother had a fever and the doctor asked to take blood tests and in that test, the platelet count was 2.8 lakhs/cumm and WBC were 8600 cells/cumm and asked to take antibiotics and few infection medicines for fever and we started to take those which is just yesterday but today we went to diagnostic center for taking the tests again and in that report the platelet count was 1.81 lakhs/cumm and WBC are 4900 cells/cumm. Though it was in the normal range I wanted to check if this is normal as both platelets count and wbc  Count decreased. Please help me fastly as I am having fear whether the counts are decreasing.

Dear sir, The dog is live after 30 days that means dog has no rabbis infacted.But I taken zoonovac-v 5 doses intramuscular. Is there any chances of getting the rabies Dease due to vaccine.

Why the multivitamin causes constipation. What could be the other alternative for taking daily rout of multivitamin supplement.

Respected doctors, i feel skipped beats since last 2-3 days. They come and go. But whenever i feel thm i become very frightened as if it will cause cardiac arrest or heart attack. I have some gastric issue also since last somedays. I am following a healthy life style, goes to gym take good healthy and protein rich diet. But these things make me very anxious and feared. All cardiac test have came normal with God's grace till now but i am living with fear. Echo and tmt are done 2 times in last one year. 24 hr holter was also done in may 2024.

Main took anti rabies booster dose last july 17 and 20 (0,3)2... And today suddenly a street dog bit me slightly and I was wearing full pants... Will I have to take booster dose again...???

I have taken LFT test just as a general checkup and the result is as mention in attachment. I was having viral and Respiratory Infection for which medication is going on. Please suggest if its normal. Can I have NAC or any other supplement to make the parameters more better. Please clarify IF NAC is good for health or have any side effects? Thanks in advance.

Kindly see my MRI report for cervical spine with CVJ which shows low lying cerebeller tonsil (5 mm desent) with mild crowding of foramen magnum.  I have symptoms of left back side head pain as now from last 10 days. Kindly suggest?? I have started medicine as lornox P 1 time day,  myoril 2 times a day and joinfast tab 1 times day.now after medicine n resting pain is less. But is there any cure for future without any surgery as I am having headache/migraine from last 10 years n taking naproxen 250 whenever it's occurs weakly. My job is WFH laptop job for 10 hrs a day.
