Tab montair lc at night
Tab azee once a day
Tab rantac 1 tab empty stomach
Tab multivitamin 1 tab once a day
Betadine gargles .
All for 5 days .

Betadin gargle before meals add 1 ml solution in hot to warm water gargle with it before meals.
Tab ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for three to five days.
Tab CEFEXIM 200 two times a day after food for three to five days.

Take montelukast l if taking at night before sleep . If during daytime take montelukast FX to avoid drowsiness.
Take tab Azithromycin 500mg once daily
Tab . Paracetamol 500mg twice daily
Warm saline gargles twice a day
