So i consulted with doctor they priscribed telmikind trio 6.25 another medicine after taking that same my mother BP is Normal in day and raised in the morning like 3o clock 150/100 and dizziness . What is cause and how to manage it?

Had dengue fever since last 6 days. But after 4-5 days stopped taking paracetamol as there was no fever. Platelet count fine and doctor advised taking paracetamol only if fever comes.
