I am very anxious about cardiac health. Have done ecg echo tmt holter. All tests were done in may. Today since morning i was having random chest heaviness, feeling lightheadedness also, did ecg and it came out normal and sinus rhythm. I was feeling skipped beats sometimes.  I become very worried when these thing happens. Have some gastric issue too. Belching is there. Tmt and echo are done 3 times in 6 months. Have come normal. Pl guide, is this related to cardiac or some ither issue can be there. Pl help. I am very worried.

Whenever he gets in exposure to dusty environment, he starts feeling uneasy, eyes pufffy, difficulty in breathing, calls for help, feels like getting choked . Whats.the immediate management in this situation. Can we give salbutamol inhalers MDI or something else  please suggest. Thank you.
