For elevated SGPT/SGOT liver enzymes, try home remedies like drinking milk tea, turmeric water, or green tea, eating foods rich in antioxidants like berries, leafy greens, and other fruits and vegetables, and incorporating herbs like dandelion root, ginger, and garlic into your diet to help support liver health.
