• A ratio >2 can be a marker in certain liver conditions (especially alcoholic liver disease) when enzyme levels are elevated. • In your case, both AST and ALT are very low, so the ratio isn’t a red flag. • A high ratio only matters if both enzymes are above normal and there’s a liver injury pattern.
Next Steps
Please consult a general physician/ or gastroenterologist if you have any symptoms

Generally a slightly high sgot/sgpt ratio can be seen in normal conditions. But if you have history of alcohol use, recent muscle injury or heavy exercise or other symptoms its better to avoid triggers and repeat liver function tests after 2-4 weeks.

As your SGPT/SGOT reports are in normal range, there is no use of ratio if rest normal. But if you are smoker or alcoholic then go for more tests which will exclude future diseases.
Next Steps
Consult a doctor asap and go for the relevant test if you are smoker and alcoholic
Health Tips
Avoid oily food, alcohol, smoking

A high SGOT/SGPT ratio with normal SGOT and SGPT level might not be normal always.
Next Steps
Knowing your medical history and lifestyle is required to conclude.

Ratio of SGPT and SGOT are significant when they are raised. In your case both the enzymes are within normal range. So the ratio becomes irrelevant.

Please share details of your problem. Diagnosis cannot be based on a single lab results, unless it is high sugar. All other liver function tests are normal, therefore nothing to worry.
